Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Haus® packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
