Threaded bracket for older type J series chairs with screw on legs including J77, J104, and J110. The circular disc comes with a centrally threaded hole, and attaches with 4 screws (not included).
The bracket is countersunk on the face side. The screws are sometimes different sizes and should be inserted in the same order as removed.
The threaded brackets can fail if the legs become loose. To avoid this happening simply check and re-tighten the chair legs from time to time. This is easily repaired using this replacement part provided the leg itself is undamaged.
